"Customer service was just okay"
I had to wait a little while before getting a reply, which was kind of annoying, but like I said, they did answer my question eventually. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just not the most helpful either. Like I said, it was okay, but I do think they could be quicker next time.

"Not bad, but nothing special"
I guess the quality is decent enough, but I’m not totally convinced. The materials don’t feel cheap exactly, but they’re average and not as nice as I was hoping.

The design is clean and it’s easy to browse, so that’s a plus. It does feel a bit plain to me though, maybe that’s just my taste?

"Wish I Hadn’t Ordered These"
I was really disappointed when this arrived. The box was completely crushed, and the flowers inside were bent because the packaging just wasn’t good enough. I regret ordering them because it wasn’t at all what I expected...

"Honestly, It Looks Fake"
I was hoping this would look more realistic, but in person it just looks fake. Kind of frustrating because I didn’t want to waste time dealing with something that clearly doesn’t pass as real.

"Nice flowers, a little pricey"
The flowers looked really nice and arrived as expected. I checked the email receipt afterward for what I paid, I was hoping for a bit more. Not a bad experience at all, just not the best value for me
